Reservations and Cancellations Policies

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of the booking.

Rancho Margot's reserve the right of cancel your reservation in case your credit card is invalid or payment is rejected.

Rancho Margot will charge 25% of the cost to secure the reservation.

Any modification or cancellation request must be sent via email to info@ranchomargot.org or fax to (506) 24 79 72 60.

If reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior arrival, 25 % will not be penalized, but a $15 USD charge will apply as administrative expenses.

If reservation is cancelled 29 days or less prior arrival, full deposit will be forfeited, minimum $15 USD. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to apply the full cost of the reservation to the credit card.

Your reservation is not guaranteed until we have received and verified your credit card information and you have received a confirmation number from us.
